This. Pretending you never sent a message when you did is... weird. Don't do that. When she finally gets in touch, you don't have to bring it up or anything, but you could tell her (in a flirty way) that you're aware that she was making you sweat it out by not replying right away. Be as confident as you can about this- don't act all wounded or confrontational.
