Come on, foreplay may be a necessity for some women, but definitely not for all. Just a couple of days back there was a thread about girl which was keen to skip foreplay but wouldn't know how to tell her guy. I also know two girls from my own experience (including my current g/f) who dislike foreplay. On the other hand, I cannot have enough foreplay - I like teasing and being teased for hours before getting my brains ****ed out.
