| Well I had lost 50 pounds over the last year and Im just finishing up here. Im at my goal weight of 130 and my BMI is within normal limits Im actually almost below normal.
But I have Iron training me and I trust what he says...so I go with him. But I already do the leg thing and the crunches and walking-I got to a point of where I just couldnt see results anymore-so were working on other things in the meantime.
I see Irons body of muscles and I know HE KNOWS what or how to get where I want-I dont want a body of Ms. Olympian-but I do want Iron helps he is a Personal Trainer and he has me doing what I need to do to get to my goals!
Thats awesome youre home and on your way to LA! Have a great time and show off your shit in your short skirts girl!!! Gotta love them! Oh by the way I picked up the cutest pair of pink sunglasses this weekend!
