| A good cheesecake recipe and easy to make:
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 large lime or lemon
1 (sweetened) condensed milk
1 8oz cream cheese (could be light if you wish..the taste is the same to me)
Blend all these ingredients
Pour into pie crust and bake at 275 for about 45 min..as with everything, keep an eye on it. Don't let it get too dark on you. Just as soon as it gets a little color. Let it cool a little bit and then have some while it's still warm. It's at it's best right at this point. Then when you can't eat any more, store in fridge. Next time you have a piece it'll be a little harder, but still very good.
For a preview, when you pour the blender contents onto the pie crust, whatever is left on the inner walls of the blender, you can eat that! |
