Oh could I say something on this one! And more than my 2 cents. But this is strictly work orientated.

In our office, theres me, one other part time 2 dayer, and my boss,(obviously the boss NEVER appreciates me, thats a damn given) but it would be nice if he could just say thank you for your hard work and working WITH ME! Hes an intolerable son of a bitch sometimes(and I know I can be too) but at least I show up to work every damn day!

Ok now the real beef...the other girl...whom is suppose to be also a good friend. (urgh) she bitches when she doesnt work, but when the time comes and she can stay longer, who bails first? Who does all of her work when she is suppose to? YEA ME! Shes a real slacker when it comes down to it, and my boss has seen this, and has tried to intervene, no go. And when I do do her shit so she can leave, do I ever get a thank you for helping? Oh hell no. Its been 5 years of us working together, and its like expected of me to do these things for her. I have my own damn shit Ive got to take care of...my responsiblities slack because she doenst do her shit.

I stick up for her time and time again, and I get shit for it. I am doing the work for both of us, and it just pisses me off, because she never ever thanks me for helpin her. I never get a damn thank you for anything. I bust my ass off there, and have come to the conclusion that is true...Midwest and Northern people do have work ethics, the extreme south could give a shit less, and dont have manners. They dont have jack!

I grew up to appreciate the things people do for me, big AND small and no matter what it is...its just the simple things, these little things mean alot to us, how hard would it be to say "thank you"? two little words...thats all
