Awesome. My workout philosophy is "As long as I'm doing SOMETHING, it's better than the alternative which is doing NOTHING." Hence when I work out, I don't keep count of how many pushups/pullups/chinups/situps I do. I don't keep count of how many miles I bike (hence the 'estimate'). I just go until I get really really tired and I figure that's more than your average joe does so I'm still ahead of the game. Plus that way you don't get all ticked off if you can't do as many as you did last week, or if you find yourself 'stuck' at a certain number. This way I get a workout AND avoid the dissapointment at the same time!
