I would say you definitely need to move on. What is the point in waiting for someone that is moving to spain or seriously considering the idea. A man is supposed to treat you like a princess or as near to it as possible and he doesn't sound like he comes close to even wanting the same things. You need to be honest with yourself. You only get one life, why waste it on him? There are so many more people out there that will love you for you and be with you and not in another country. Another thing is why on earth would you move out there to be with him?? Unless he is seriously thinking of marrying you I think you'll be making the biggest mistake of your life. I know this message might sound harsh but I know what it feels like to be in your position (I saw someone from Dublin and was gonna move out there) so don't waste your time.
