How can your friend say that? That's very evil of him. Call her and ask her out. You've got her number. She GAVE you her number. You've already won half the battle. Now all you've got to do is gather your balls and ask her out. Ask her out to whatever you like - coffee, a meal, movie, basketball? Whatever suits your fancy. Just remember to have your date totally planned out. There's no need to rush into calling her. She can wait lol. But try not to make her wait more than a few days. If I were you I'd call her some time about next monday or tuesday and ask her if she would be free next friday or saturday around eg. dinner time. Try to give more options, then you'd probably hit one of her free days. And remember that this first call should be when she picks up, not like a text or leaving a message. I don't know, maybe it's just me but I want the first call to be when she picks up. If she's not free on any of your suggested days just ask her when she'd be free.
