I agree with bluesrtattos, it will just come naturally. Instead of saying how you feel to her first, you might have the urge to kiss her but you dont want to be too nervous when you do this or it could be really bad. make sure you have good breath and a little, very little cologne on your neck...you dont want it to be too strong.
