Well, I would never live outside of a major city in Texas, that would be depressing as all hell. But Dallas and Houston are very nice (long as youre not in Houston in the summer) and I hear Austin is even better to live in. I am quite proud to be a Texan. I mean seriously, even if there is a stigma no one cares if you are from any other state (except perhaps california ). Texas is known far and wide
