I do it once or twice a week depending. If I don't have time, I don't do it. If I have time and I'm horny enough, I'll do it. As for a relationship having an effect on how much I do it, I noticed I did it less in the beginning of the relationship I am in now and now I have just about gone back to the way I was before it began. Maybe just a little less.
