i agree with Fawn..... if you are worried about when to make your move, and think you might have trouble doing it any other time, then new years is the perfect excuse. It is tradition to kiss at midnight. So make your move then. Besides if i was out with a guy on new years and he didn't want to kiss me, i would probably think there was something wrong with me. It's not like it's your first date or something. i say go for it!
