This is something that has been bugging me for quite some time now, and I haven't thought of any very good solutions, so if anyone here has some advice I'd love to hear it.

Obviously, before you can have a relationship you have to meet people you like. That's where my problem is right now. Other than the women in my apartment building, or the people I pass on walks, I don't have a lot of contact with women to strike up a conversation. I know the usual places people do, and say to, meet people, but none of them seem to apply to me, which is very frustrating. I don't drink and am not much of a partier, so I don't go to bars or clubs (I've been a few times but felt like a fish out of water, it's not my scene). I'm not currently in school or college, so there's no school friends to get to know. I work from home, so I have no co-workers. And I dont' really have any friends that live around here, they're all online in other states or countries.

Goddamn, whats left?? I basically feel alone in this city, I go for walks and such but otherwise feel isolated from everyone. How can I meet people (other than online) without a setting to meet them in? What options are left to me?
