you should tell her how you feel. its likely she feels the same. if she doesn't things will be awkward for a while but your friendship will get back on its feet. if it lasted for 4 years i dont think no issue can break that up. theres a chance she may actually realise that shes felt the same way all along give her time and give her a chance to get with you. maybe shes been waiting for you to make the move, girls do that a lot.
