Thanks, yeah that's the only ideas I've had left, meeting someone online or joining a group of some sort. Either way seems like a shot in the dark, but I suppose that's just the way it is. I've been trying the online approach, with no response so far (I must be bad luck or something). A group or interesting scene may be something to try, just depends on the sort.

Some people have said to just not worry about it, live your life, do what you like to do, and you'll eventually run into someone who feels the same way. While I believe that to be true, I certainly don't want to wait 10 years or so to just be happy doing what I enjoy and eventually meet someone. I'm ready now! Have been a long time now...
