Chances are, it doesn't mean anything. I mean....I've had dreams about eating chicken nuggets out of a wheelbarrow while it was raining....and it didn't mean that I was supposed to act on it! Depending on how serious your relationship with your ex was....it COULD mean that you're not completely over them. I really wouldn't consider it a problem until you start calling out your ex's name in bed...LOL
