My half sister does..she loves it quite a bit.
I will say, though, the farther away you call the more of a sound you hear in the background, but its so slight its not bothersome....even for me and I'm pretty easy to bother with that kind of a thing. I'm sure they will fix that eventually...

We will be switching to Vonage next month actually..
