Any person can be rehabilitated. Everything that every person does is done on an impulse of the brain. Some people are missing some things in their brains in order to have the right impulse at the right time.
You know those people that just...dont understand why something is wrong? Its those people who have a brain disfunction and need their brains to be trained.
A little girl IS suffering. There is no may be about it. This is going to effect her for the rest of her life, and even though she cant see it now, it will come back to haunt her. Whether it be socially, sexually, who knows.
