I say ask her if she would like to meet you sometime and if she says yea, then make plans and wait until you see her, and if you like her after you meet her in person, then tell her, but if you dont then dont say anything...someone might be a totally different person on msn or on the phone than they are in person...and personally i find long distance relationships really tough and almost impossible..perhaps it is better to find someone closer? its up to you though.

and NO, liking and loving are not totally different from eachother. love is just a more passionate word for like, but liking is just a measure of love.
