I don't think you can change it. I think it's forum thing.

WRONG...
...it's a USA thing. Europe have the 'day' before the 'month'. But you should know that, being from ENGLAND and all.
I'm talking about CHANGING THE DATE FORMAT is a forum thing.

CHANGING THE DATE FORMAT is NOT a forum thing. It is a MEMBER thing. Because the FORUM will not change itself. The FORUM does NOT have a brain, in which it knows where MEMBERS are typing from. However, MEMBERS CAN CHANGE the DATE. Therefore, it's a MEMBER thing.
As a MOD, shouldn't you know this?
Moderators don't get a special handbook on the forums. We log in one day to the changes and have to figure it out just like the rest of you do. I wasn't even aware that this big change was happening until I came home and logged into it.

Go to your personal control panel > Edit option . Under "Date & Time Options" found at the bottom, change the timezone according to your location.
