I think I figured it out (again). Why can we not copy and paste something into a PM?

Sometimes if I am having problems with my computer crashing, I will type a lengthy response on microsoft works and then try to copy and paste it to a PM response. This is when I seem to have problems. I figured this out once before, but I guess I forgot about it. :P
