Actually, it should read "Love Tips and Advice". "Advises" is grammatically incorrect because it is a (correctly spelled) verb.

I'm just sayin'...

Besides, no one ever has enough experience to become a relationship expert.

vashti, you are correct about spelling. The funny thing is I've never said 'advices' before. I figured there must be a plural form at the time I wrote that. I looked it up for shits and giggles. It turns out 'advices' is an actual word, but it means something else.
