New Forum skin for year 2005?

How about a new skin for the forum for year 2005?
What do you think?


LTsK8eR2gO had suggested the color pink or light blue.
pink for love/cuteness
light blue for relaxation/R&R


What do you think is the ideal color for the forum? green, purple whatever color you think that suit the forum.

ugh.. not pink and baby blue again. we tried that before and it didn't work out that well. i would suggest something a bit darker with a light contrast so we won't struggle reading the posts. i'm up for anything though.

Yellow works. I like the yellow and light blue idea. the text can be the same color with... hmmm. Yellow and light blue--sounds great. Different contracts of the text etc... would be awesome.

Black and red. Yellow sucks for forums. I'm a forum professional. If you guys need a skin, just ask. Especially VB and Invision, those are the easiest forums to upload skins onto.

No: Yellow, Green, Light Blue - those colors look HORRIBLE when it comes to forums, unless you know what your doing, then you can make it look good.

My favorite color is brown, and nobody's suggested anything with brown, but I think it goes good with green or yellow-orange..kinda autum colors...but here's my suggestions:

Xmas time: Green/Red

Spring: Pink/Red/White

Summer: Red/Yellow

Autum: Brown/Orange

Different shades of all...

i would only choose pink if it was in small details. Other than that, nope.
I like red, its my fav colour. BUT not in the case of the scarlet theme. Theres just to much of it. Makes it hard to read. What happened to simplistic designs?
