Not uploading

so i have converted to jpg format and my pic are still not loading! Its giving me this message

try renaming the picture to something else.

Nope still the same message and i changed the names for some reason it seems like it may be stuck on this one picture i dont even see in the gallery. I dont know why it just wont upload !!!!! :(
