She isn't interested. If you think you can just be friends with her, and that your feelings will pass and you can look elsewhere, then by all means, keep contact. If you don't think that works, don't put effort into seeing her. Shrug her off as just one more person who comments on your MySpace page. Either way, move on.

Dinner is a definite date, and she's not interested in dating you. It would be nice if she could be a bit more clear about it all, but people rarely are.
