She IS the one i want to marry, so that is not a problem...
But you don't NEED to buy a house in order to get married. You don't need to have a favourable financial situation, you can marry being poor. Something tells me that there's another reason why you don't feel ready. Maybe you just don't feel ready for marriage at this point in time? Maybe you feel you need more life experience before settling down?
Be very certain that you are aware of the exact reasons for your actions because you will need to communciate them to your partner.
