please help!

Hi guys, this is hartbroken here.i just wanted a guys opinion.it would help if you read my other post to understand this one.about a week and a half ago my boyfriend broke up with me. we been together for almost a year.we had our ups and downs.well, during our relationship,he would get mad at me and not talk to me for a week and then i would get insecure and go to his house and ask him what the hell is going on. he hates when i do that because he says that i am hunting him down.well, for not talking to me for a week, i have every right.he would get mad at me about stupid stuff like for an example,i fell started falling asleep on him while he was entertaining me and he didnt talk to me for a week.he would try to break up with me by saying we are just dragging our relationship on.well anyways, before we broke up,he called me and told me he was going to bed and i told him that i was in my class and he said that he really didnt care.i said im sorry that you dont care and then he said,no im sorry and hung up on me.i called back but he had his fone shut off so i left a message and told him that i didnt want to talk to him until he apoogized to me. i actually put my foot down.well the next day, i felt bad and called him and apologized in a voice mail. he still didnt call me back. my friend told me that he was at this cofee shop that is popular in our town. i went there and he was talking to two girls that are suppossably his friends. so i talked to him and he told me that everything is always about me and that he is tired of this relationship.i said, what you dont love me anymore?he said he didnt know.well a week later, he calls me and tells me that he is in Tennesse!last sping, he was talking about going to tennesse because he had a friend from the navy there.hes been depressed and he hasnt had good luck since he got back last march from the navy.he got out on sick leave.i just dont know what to do. im still in love with him.he left me a letter at his house saying that i should move on and that there is always someone better.why would he tell me all of that when i know that he still is in love with me?help!!!!what is your opininon on this?and im sorry this is so long.i dont know how to shorten this.

All you can do is go off of what he says. If he tells you that he isn't in love with you, and judging by the way he's been acting towards you, I'd believe him.

Move on and find someone that will love you.
