| how to not care...? hello all
you may have read a recent post from me "how to let go!" but ive become fed up with the sitatuion, so now im going to try! ive ordered some break up help books which im excited to read and i heard should really help.
but now im trying to get over something else...other girls. my ex has promised that he wont get into anything any time soon, and he is a very honest guy, ill give him that. but last night when we talked he was atching a movie, just him and his friend who's a girl, and it made me feel sick to my stomach. i know they werent doing anything, before we even started dating he use to hang out with her and says she is like a little "brother" and isn't attractive, blah blah and i do believe him. i just dont want to care if he's in a room with just a girl or when we talk and i hear girls in the background, i dont want that feeling. is it just something i will have to get over, or is it something i can learn to deal with somehow or what? anyone know what i mean? ill be going thru my day fine and then think about the fact that he could be with a girl at the moment, and it makes me feel so sick...i want that feeling to go away! it may be wishful thinking tho...
