Today I've had another little breakdown...It was because I came back o school and some were asking what is going on between me and him.And I've spoke to my friend about it...I told her everything...It hurts so much that I can't even name this feeling... And I feel so pathetic ,because with his last sms he just showed me how he was treating me... Unfortunatelly like his own...You know... :/

My God... I don't want to feel so bad anymore...It hurts so much...And those shit memories... Now it's all coming back to me...I do everything to not think...But almoust everything reminds me of him... I can't even hear the music ,because every song brings memory of him... I just can't take this anymore...

I'm sorry to hear you found out your ex was an ass. I know how it feels, I was manipulated, cheated on, lied to, put down, and used by my ex girlfriend for a year and a half. It hurt like no other...but I've gotten passed it. It's a shame some people are so selfish and take advantage of others. You deserve better and I wish you best of luck through your recovery.

I've already made my "Recovery playlist" and there is : Eminem "Kim" , Beyonce "Irreplaceble" , Jamelia "Thank You" , Amy Winehouse "Love is a losing game","Wake up alone" and "You know I'm no good" , Goldfrapp "A&E",Angie Stone "Wish I didn't miss You anymore" and sometimes Kelis "I hate You so much right now" Maybe those songs aren't very "happy" ,of course I don't mean Eminem or Kelis which their songs are full of hate (it helps,really ;P ) ,but their lyrics are so helpfull ,really I hear them all the time.Those songs tell everything what I feel and what I would like him to know from me. And when I told that I can't hear the music , I meant hmmm all songs of David Guetta,Bob Sinclair,Alicia Keys,Justin bla bla,even Placebo,all my favourite club songs,almoust everything I loved before... Now I just can't hear it...

He just wrote me sms:Come for one weekend before Your sister comes back to Poland" ...Because she's still there,but in the end of april she's coming back to poland... Because it woke me up,I was sleeping only 4 hours...No I have big headaches and heartaches too... He just make it all harder... Of course I'm not going to go there or even write him back...
