hey this is my 3rd message.. i have a little bit of a problem .... ( sorry if wrong board) For about the last 3 / 5 year the tip of my penis the foreskin has tightend up to a fact that when i pee i can't control it.. and also makes masterbation a little bit of a shiter couse i end up bleeding.. anyone got ant tips on how to fix this ?? btw im 14... Help me out ladies and gents!

can't help you there, never had that problem. best to consult a doctor. but i would be too embarrass to even go to the doctor and get it check. goodluck

lol no can do... i have no self confidence, this is mainly the reason i don't have a g/f because all the girls i like are up for anything like they ant slags but there well ok.. and if one of them made a move.. . id feel ashamed and embarsed.. i need to know how to fix this problem without consulting someone in R/L.

Phimosis is tightning of the foreskin, most commen in young boys. some ways for treatment is

circumcision,

another: small incision in the foreskin,

and last: cortisone cream( works best for young boys rather than adults)

I looked this up for You, so be glad.

If it gets to the point to where you cant pee than you need medical treatment. Also keep it clean.

You should see a urologist immediately, especially if you are having problems with urination. You could end up with a very nasty infection. I know you are only 14, and therefore are probably embarrassed, but a urologist specializes in this region and spends all day long looking at penises. trust me, he/she will have seen it all.

It *sounds* like phimosis (based on your brief description), but naturally you will need to see a physician to be diagnosed and treated. You should know that untreated, your problem is likely to become worse and may cause problems with your urinary system. That can be really bad. Tell your mom or dad you are having a problem with your foreskin retracting and need to see a doctor.

Oh, and NEVER put cortisone cream (or any other medicated creams) on your penis without a physician's advice.

Do you realize this could be very serious? Phimosis is a risk factor for penile cancer, and don't even get me started on the urinary system. Do you know what is is like to have a catheter put into your penis to drain your urine?

Don't be silly. Tell one of your parents, or at least a responsible adult who can tell them for you. Maybe your school nurse?

Yes go to the doctor! This is actually quite common, one of ex's had the same problem.

Don't be embarressed docs see this all the time. Like everyone has said it will get worse if you don't go!
