What can help me get those? for all i know you could be of perfect weight and physique.
If not, consider introducing healthier food and excersise to your life. And unless you're 13 or something, I'm afraid you're stuck with your height the way it is. | |

| | | exercising means getting your heart pumping at least 30 minutes a day- walking/jogging/cycling are good ideas. don't over do it and hurt yourself, though.
eating healthy means cutting down on junk/canned/packaged meals and snacks, and focusing on getting natural, simple foods in the right amount.
