| | | Omfg!! Dearie me..i was feeling inspired to do some extra exercise yesterday after my daily pilates session, and decided to do 100 crunches (i like to call them crunchies LoL). ANYWAY, this morning i woke up with killer neck pain..especially on the left side of my neck. It hurts big time. I figured i did it the 'wrong' way if there even is a right technique to do it.
Anyway else get neck pain after doing crunches? or is it just me? Note to self: stick to pilates!

| | | you got that pain from keeping your head elevated for a long period of time and you're not used to doing this. it should go away within a few days.

| | | YES, stick to Pilates. Crunches aren't any good at all. Put some Tiger Balm on your neck and take a couple of days off, you silly sine. Be careful with yourself!

| | | well, when you first start, use your hands to support your head, until you've been doing it for a while. sorta like you would on a hammock.

| | | if anyone is doing all these crunches and sit ups in hopes of getting bricks you are only wasting your time, that is unless you diet and do some cardio.

| | | it takes a lot for a woman to become "muscular" though. if by muscular you mean toned, i find that actually sexy. but yeah, its nearly impossible for a woman to get muscular unless they start doing weights like everyday at the gym for 2 hours or so only on weights. | |

| | | yeah i was referring to those women that have full-on muscles..like six packs and bulky biceps..i think its ok for men to be muscular..but not so much for women..i mean there's toned..and then there's steroid-looking muscular.
