I don't know that this is what is happening to you, but I can tell you this: you need to change your eating habits before it does. Your HDL should be up over 40, and your LDL is very high. (I think ideal is under 100.)
And see your doctor about that chest pain. No one here can diagnose you.

| | | yup... and this pain is a sign that tells you two things. you're probably too fat from all the mcdonalds that you've been consuming and 2... if you don't stop and change your ways, you'll end up 6 feet under.
exercise and diet are the first and probably most beneficial steps to change yourself onto a better YOU.

Just a general FYI. While changing diet has a small effect, most cholesterol production is genetic, via your liver. So very few ppl experience success through diet modification alone.
Go see your doc asap. High cholesterol is one of the Big Three for causes for heart attack.
