That was a good one. I actually like how people twist sentences, its funny.

If you add spices to meat, that means you add spices to meat. And if you add spices to vegetables, that means you add spices to vegetables. So simple is that, what did you not understand?
At least most (not all, yes) of the vegetables have some taste. But meat without spices is quite dull.

My point is not to turn someone against meat, I am only trying to suggest people that they should think and experiment, not to sit on burgers and chocolate for whole life... Try being without for some time and your opinions change. There is a reason why some people fast in some periods.

I agree that fasting can really change your perception of food. It's kind of amazing how much of eating is habit rather than hunger.

I also think that people who eat burgers and chocolate every day are missing out. They're also going to drop dead sooner.

Everything that tastes good and is addictive, is bad for you.
I blame all these companies, with their advertisements having those models test their products.
We get drawn to the fact that we think that the celebrities are using them, so why shouldn't we? It's all BS in the end, cause you feel miserable afterwards.

Pop or Soda, Potato Chips, Chocolate, Ice Cream, might all taste good, but from eating those foods repeatable it just made my weight sky-rocket.
I have stopped eating that junk and eat healthier plus exercise everyday for about an hour, to help my metabolism and feel fuller towards my intake.
I'm currently 5'8 170 Ibs average and in the best shape that I've ever been. I weighed 166 Ibs. this morning, but it worries.

All food is ok to eat. It's just when you eat to much that it gets a problem.

Only olympic athletes have a 100% perfect diet, if that. If you keep your diet 70-80% good, only missing the occasional meal for some fast food or what ever. Then you should be fine as an angel.
