i can't stop eating chocloate! like seriously. today i had 2 bars and then my S.O started telling me its not good for me. i know that but i can't stop eating it. i'm on my period at the moment aswell. but still i think theres no decent food around campus so choc is all i got.
i'm scared i'll go fat and we'll look like a number 10

I think chocolate is the only thing that keeps me from killing someone when I have PMS. If you only indulge a little when you HAVE to, there shouldn't be a problem.

You need to classicaly condition yourself to hate chocolate.
Smother every chocolate bar you buy with garlic, chilli and vinegar and then force yourself to eat it.
You won't be a chocolate lover for very long. Just a smell of chocolate will send you running into the bathroom

I would figure, anybody who eats alot of something like chocolate...eats a fair amount of other non-nutritional, high sugar, high fat foods.
