Well, they say smoking is harder to kick than heroin.

Buy a pack of cigarettes.

Go to the park, and find some dog shit.

Open the pack of cigarettes, and poke the turd with the butt-end of the cigarette.

Then when you feel that urge to light one up and smoke one, you'll hopefully remember that you dipped them in dog shit, and that will ruin your nicotine appetite.
