| still.. in reference to your other thread on the benefits on drinking water on an empty stomach, i don't really see a difference in that. i have studied nutrition and what not, and it's like you're telling me that i should only breath when i'm not hungry. the body is in constant need of water, and i don't see how regulating it to certain times of the day or along certain guidelines is really all that beneficial to your body. if anything, water is like air, the more you have, the better that you will be in the long run.
