| | | Haha, we have a shotgun and a glock in the house(which I can't stand). Chris won't do it though, he'd rather hear me bitch. It's actually feeling a tad bit better this morning. I had the day off on Friday and didnt' do the usual amount of running around, just laid down and kept quiet. It's helped some!

FWIW, I know you've seen docs for your back but have you seen a good physio? My back has been bothering me for a while so I went. Turns out what I thought the problem was, wasn't actually the problem at all. She released the facets b/t two of my vertebrae (which were pinching a nerve) & things are a lot better now.
