I've been doing ok over the last year. The last few weeks my husband and I have been walking 3 or 4 miles every weekend and I've felt it after. I told him I just can't do it anymore or at least cut back in the distance. So it's been acting up for a month but yesterday and today...I'm SUPER nervous because I know my last disk is torn and will need surgery and I've been careful not to agigate it to prolong it, I've got to get this settled down. Just when everything seems to have calmed down in my life BAM! I do NOT want to go through ANOTHER surgery.

| | | Yup, its going to happen to my neck, I was told that prior to my surgery last year. I had 2 disks fused and eventually those disks above and below which now take the blunt will need to be fused. That's kinda scary, I don't want to be 60 and can't move my neck. But the pain in my neck is gone and in my arm. The only draw back NOW, I can't wear any of halter tops, it hurts too much. (weight of my boobies)
