I've decided to eat 1 cup of blueberries, everyday for the rest of my life. I started today. Oxidants no longer a match for me!

I love blueberry muffins, always have always will. I do enjoy eating blueberries. So many ways to eat them... Blueberry shake, Blueberry smoothie, Blueberry muffin*, Blueberry Oatmeal cereal, Blueberry pancakes... etc... just as long as I can get a cup a day!Originally Posted by lilwing

Those rats showed improved conduction in brain messaging, as well a relative increase in motor/sensory control over the control group of rats, which showed a decline (as factors of the aging process).
So, I'm banking that rats and humans are similar. If not... it's going to be a whole lotta wasted blueberries!

Have you dissected a bleuberry RK? Its funny but they arent actually blue inside, its just the skin. Much like red grapes (which are also good for you).

I dont know if its healthy to eat it everyday. They say too much of anything is bad for you because it causes an unbalance in your system.
But yeah I love them too. They are quite addictive.
I want a girl who likes to talk. ......I just dont know what to say sometimes and would rather just listen.

blueberries are really healthy, but you shouldn't over do it on just one food type. you should switch it up with raspberries or blackberries which are just as good.

Oh Rsk, in about a month or two you are going to be SO SICK of blueberries! Although they ARE very good.
There are many other fruits/veggies with great antioxidant qualities....like acai, like Neo said, for one. Mix it up a little.
