I think that you are obviously suffering from anxiety. First of all, you are a virgin, so of course you are nervous. Secondly, you are already thinking she may not be in to you - another very good reason to be anxious. Obviously the problem is not physical since you are able to have an erection when by yourself. You need to relax and get outside your own head. (no pun intended) This is a very common problem from what I've heard.

Does this lady know you're a virgin? If not, tell her (she's probably guessed it anyway) and explain that you'd like her to take your virginity and teach you to be a good partner. The majority of girls would actually find this a turn-on, and gladly help you.

I would say if you are overweight and having a few problems with the old monkey staff, then you should get yourself to the doc. Book an appointment to check your blood pressure too, it could be rather low. If it is it's easily fixed.
