I wanted to ask a question. If some one illegally recorded videos of you having sex. What would you do. Lets say they changed it but you still knew it was you in the film. Like the walls and stuff like that. What if you were under age like 15 or 16 around. Altered her body and his body and her face. But it was still you. What would you do in this situation? How would you go about finding the people who made it. Would you try to find the people who made it? Lets say you had evidence of some one telling you that there was proof that you had sex at this time. That you thought this video was that proof!

If you alter the body and face than you are pretty much taking the person completely out of the content of the video and replacing them with a different one or a digital one..whatever......anyways age 15 and 16? that is child pron ...lame. Well my ex had this stalker. He had this other guy try to find out who the dude she was dating was. He must of thought using the camera would allow him to show people who I was. The dude apparently got interested in what we were doing in my room in the basement of my house. He had been recording for a long time I think. My basement didn’t have shades on one of them. He even mentioned my girlfriends boobs and everything. I had no evidence of what he did but he told me all about it. He defiantly was in it with her stalker. He even tried to get money out of me to get the tape. I didn’t have any money to give him for the tape though. So in the end of it he made that tape and bragged about it to me. He even got my brother and his girl friend to! He now has completely vanished. So if I find porn out there with this in it I was just wondering what you would do.

You let your GF's stalker and/or his accomplice into your basement? why? anyways...if find it than you can charge them and get some justice for it but I doubt you can because you either wont find him or you wont know who it is.

This all happened in high school so it was a long time ago. But one of the reasons I can not say who she is. Is cause of this very problem. I did take care of him. I literally threw him down the steps of the school Sadly my best friend took the fall for it. He got suspended from school too! Sadly to he died of a drug over dose is what I last heard of him. I think I played a part in why he overdosed. I hope to some day find that sun of a B and teach him another lesson again!

No I am not selling the video. I was wondering if I were to stumble on to something that seemed to resemble the situation he recorded what actions I could take. Lets say just for fun I did and they altered it but not totally so you couldn’t I identify her. Then what can I do to stop it from being distributed or at least get something from it. That is the question I was asking. Cause he was a real looser and would guaranteed do something like this to get back at me. For not taking the fall for pushing him or what not. Or even letting that dude have my girlfriend as if that was a choice made by me any way. One more thing we wanted privacy. He just was some ass who thought that he could use it as leverage to get her to go with the other guy. But instead she committed suicide. So basically I want to know what my legal actions could be.

If you are for real, I don't think you should be trying to "get something" out of this. The girl in question is dead. Besides, I doubt the guy who claims he did this is for real, anyway. It sounds like he is just yanking your chain.

I defiantly saw him holding a video camera. He even admitted to buying it recently and wanting to try it out on something. Apparently he choose us. He thought this would help his friend to know who was with supposedly his girl. In other words he wasn’t the actual guy who wanted her. But it was a mistaken identity that lead to him believe that she was his girl. Just a friend of the guy who did or something like that. So the guy who recorded was just a ass. He must have given the tape out after that. I only saw the camera. My girl friend saw the red light on it. So he must have been recording! I promise you this much the dude would have of gotten him self in the film too! Because of the fact that the window he was recording through would make a reflection of him self!
