To answer squirrley, restrictions are fun. I've had a girl handcuff me, and I loved it. However, I must note, buy special handcuffs, real handcuffs used for this purpose can lead to severe injuries. I don't know how the bed is set up, but if there are posts at each corner, how about two sets of handcuffs/ropes and tying or cuffing one hand to each post so he's in this sort of "crucifix" position. Or the legs too for this sort of controlled "spread" look?
Did you ever bring food into play? It's pretty cliche but buy a can of whipped cream and/or chocolate or strawberry syrup and you can be his "desert".
Did you ever greet him at the door naked when he returns home from work or something? I remember a "family feud" where the number one answer for "What you would be most surprised if your wife did" was "Greet me at the door naked".
Buy a book of Karma Sutra and work your way through all the different positions. Maybe you'll find something you both really like and lots of it will probably be new stuff.
