some months ago i found a saucy porn story and saved it on my mom's laptop...
she found out today and confronted me about it
she asked whether i downloaded it in which I honestly replied yes but tried to cover my embarrasment...
i asked if she read it and she replied she had skimmed thru it

Why on earth do parents make their children feel bad about this stuff? It's natural and healthy. Unless it was like, snuff porn If I was your mom i'd be worried about your computer skills, but that's all.

Well, I think part of it has to do with parents thinking 16 and young teenage years are too young to be having sex. Why? Because what is sex exactly? Making a baby. And at that age, kids can't afford a baby, generally because they don't even have a job. Hell, if they do, it is minimum wage. And I can't even live off minimum wage alone!

Does anyone else find this being one of the reasons?

I think thats one of the best points of read on this forum. I have to agree, i don't save porn on my computer or anything. I think if i did and it was found my parents shouldn't be upset. They should be happy that I'm following the normal course and thats all. G-d knows if i had a kid i wouldn't find if he watched it as long as it wasn't like affecting his schoolwork or something.

Speaking as a parent, I doubt very seriously that his mother was in any way surprised. Embarrassed - yes; surprised - no. If she was upset, it probably had more to do with him being dumb enough to download it to HER computer.

You sure do show your age at times. Sex is more than just making a baby. It is also feeling pleasure as well. And it is also a physical way to show your love to someone else. If a parent does not want their teen to have sex, then provide the teen ways to learn and talk about sex then. Because it has been basically been proven that the more sex ed teens get the less likely they will have sex as a teen. This is why I am for sex ed in public schools, and encourage parents to be there and answer any questions their teen has about sex as best as they can. And if the parent does not know the answer or wants to give a better answer the parent should research one with their teen along side them that way the teen feels more confrontable dealing with the topic.

yes, and parents also only had sex once for each child. We just don't like to think about them doing sexual stuff- does that go both ways?

I have no idea. I never learned that it's natural and healthy. But I do know that it's messed up to make children feel bad. My parents thought me that it's bad. "It's a sin. It's dirty. Keep your clothes on and your legs together at all times."

Of course I am human. Of course I feel urges and things like that. Most of the time I'm thinking I'm dirty for having feelings. I don't feel 100% comfortable getting naked in front of a guy. I would have a voice in my head telling me I'm dirty. I think it would be great to let myself go without feeling guilty/dirty/evil. But it depends on the way parents raise their children.

So teaching your children that it's bad should be prohibited! I don't think his mom is making him feel bad about it. If it were my parents they would have given me a lecture and make me feel evil and dirty for even considering looking at literotica.
