Always sore downstairs, want it to stop

I get sore most the time downstairs after love making.
I get fricton burn, but I also regularly get urinary tract infections.
This has seriously depleated my sex drive.

This has not been the case with other partners. Only my current partner.

Contributing factors I can think of are:
* He is well endowed
* His privates usually are a bit smelly. I'm scared that his smelly privates probably carry bacteria that can cause urinary tract infections. I try to tell him to wash, but I also get worried of offending him.
* He likes my behind as well and I always tell him to be careful not to transfer bacteria from my behind to my front (as this causes urinary tract infections).

We are currently trying to be as hygenic as possible, but I still get sore.

I want to feel good after sex, not worry. This has depleated my sex drive.

Has this happened to anyone else?

USE LUBE!!

I cannot stress this enough! Condoms dry you out as well as taking the pill. (I know firsthand how fustrating that can be and how much it can hurt!)

As for urinary tract infections... Yes, definately make sure he is careful while switching areas. Change the condom or something.

First off, please correct me if I am wrong, but it sounds like communication may lacking if you cannot tell the guy that is sticking it in you whatever you want without being worried!!!!

Second he should have enough respect for you to keep clean, especially before any sexual interaction.

That is smart, never go from anus to back into vagina.

Also, do you like anal, or just go along with what he wants, just curious due to the way you phrased it as: "he likes it", relationships are 50/50, some girls get wrapped up in a guy and forget that.
