Non Physical - Staring into the eyes of a beautiful women, wow...

Physical - This for men is pretty simple. Example could be certain kissing over the body, or women just simple touching thee "member".

Turning on also has a lot to do with foreplay, or the seducive mind games before hand...this could lead to much turn on and excitement.

My 'hot spot' tends to be the penus.

But other than that, if you want to lead up to it instead of going right for it (which would be kinda cool too!), here's what I like.

Massaging my chest. Don't know why, but it makes me feel good and makes me feel like you appreciate my body. Squeezing the butt, definitely, kissing my stomach or nipples (I've concluded that the only reason for male nipples is pleasure), tongue in the ear (I like it, but that's a touchy subject), the scrotum, etc.

Of the above, I like massaging the chest and kissing my stomach and chest the most.

There isn't really one secret one, it differs from man to man. This is why I said certain kissing over the body.
