I'm not going to bother explaining all the things that have been going wrong, and what has caused what.. if you honestly care for such trivial psychoanalysis, PM me..
1. The first thing I want you to do is stop masturbating.. STOP! NOW! (7 & 8) have caused almost every other issue you've listed.. men are practical creatures, so you don't even feel compelled to go to parties because the imaginary-cost is too high, and it's easier to just watch porn.. (i'm not here to insult you; i'd rather be sleeping now, but this is sad)
2. Learn what fashion is; and pick an image/identity/style that is congruent (look it up) to your personality.. Open up some magazines and get ideas.. (oh, that shirt looks nice with those jeans; that hat looks cool; those things he has on his neck/fingers/wrists/arms look hot, etc).. DON'T overlook a certain look because you feel "oh, I can't pull that off".. look at them with the mindset of "wow, that really looks good, that is congruent with who I am and my inner-style"
3. Find your inner-style & identity.. make a list of 3 positive features about yourself (not physical!) why?.. what are 3 goals you have for tomorrow? next week? next month? next year? 5 years from now? 10 years from now? Look at them.. are you happy with them? If no, go back and re-edit.. If yes, this is you.. get comfortable with "you"..
4. Go shopping and buy yourself your new look.. Shirt(s), Pants, Shoes, belts, rings, bracelets, watches, necklaces, glasses, hats, etc.. Get a haircut; nothing long! something bold; ask for texture.. don't use gel; use hair-clay.. get a tweezer and remove any loose hair in the middle of your eye-brows, and from your nose/ears.. get mints and always have your mouth clean and smelling fresh.. get a confident-manly cologne (Scorpio, Aqua de Gio by Armani, DG, Hugo Boss, or John Varvatos), take care of your skin; only during the morning (not twice a day!) take a shower everyday! shave/buzz the forest-of-the-south! (even along the hills and north pole!).. DEODORANT! use it! before you go to sleep each night; use vaseline or chapstick on your lips; and during the day whenever they feel dry-ish..
5. Explore your hobbies & interests to further build your indentity and understanding of who YOU are.. make a list, and a journal, remember some interesting stories (they'll come in handy)
6. This is your first week task; when you're ready to undergo your transformation and truly begin.. (this will take 7 days to complete)
- Your goal for this week is to talk to strangers; people you don't know; (anyone, women, men, old, young, anyone counts) YOU have to "initiate" a conversation.. and the response doesn't matter; you can get a 1-60 minute conversation response, a slap in the face, an angry grin.. it doesn't matter.. that still counts as you "initiating" a conversation with a complete stranger..
Day 1: (3) strangers
Day 2: (4) strangers
Day 3: (5) strangers
Day 4: (6) strangers
Day 5: (7) strangers
Day 6: (8) strangers
Day 7: (9) strangers
The principle here is to start off small; and take a small step each day.. each step you have to take is smaller each day if you think about it (compare 1/3 vs. 1/8)..
But the point of this goal is to break down self-perceived limitations that act as barriers, walls, and boundries that prevent you and hold you back from normal social interaction.. people have this feeling of "awkwardness" when it comes to talking to strangers.. but this week-1 goal will help you get over that.. that's your first step.. from day-1 all through day-7, you're going to feel your barriers being broken down; you're going to cross over your comfort zone and outside your boundries.. by the end of day-7, you'll feel total freedom from any self-perceived limitations that once held you back from talking to people.. it's very liberating; and these will be some of the most life-changing/exciting/fun days of your life..
(My advice stops here.. this is a transformation process; and there's no point in going on, if you haven't finished with your week-1 task and everything else.. everything must be done in order "i'm talking about weekly tasks".. so until you complete your week-1 task; you're not going to get to the next step..
