a little off topic, but i joined before billy, and was away in iraq, just got back a few days ago so i havent really cared, nor worried about it.

back to my question, is there any reason this could be happening, i used to be able to last a good 35-40minutes if need be. Yes, the two condom idea is bad (as stated in above posts). But the rest of Alexi's ideas are fine. Plus some sex shops also sell numbing lotion, which makes a guy last longer. Plus Durex has a Performax condom which helps you last longer too...

Simple guy, i've had similar issues, but more like just inconsistancies. Alot of it can be anxiety or stress. But it can work for or against you, usually against you. Like when times are good with my gf, I can usually go a long time. Sometimes more than an hour (since it's so hard for her to orgasm) but there's always those times where it might be like "Yeah, that feels pretty good...that's nice...wait a sec! *splort!* Damn it!
