| | | it's not like she's 15 or 16.. wow that is only a couple of years.. i thnk the main point that you are missing would be the point of view from her parents. reguardless of how others view it, my main concern would be what her parents thought of it. picture this, you have your only daughter..virgin or not doesn't really matter. yet she is dating something that is about 15 years older than her. almost double her age. if i were her father, my first thoughts would be why is this guy tryna get into my daughter's pants?? the age differences presents more than just physical differences. it's also mental differences. the reason why i don't date people that are far out of my age range in mentality. if we aren't on the same level, then i feel that it will never work. raverboy

Two years? Would it be different if you were 34 and she were 18? Think about it man, in that age category, age difference still matters.

| | | Plus the fact most women these days find men their own age very immature stupid so they look for the older guy with maturity and experience to show them a new world. | |

| | | Hmm... well as far as the REASONS that you're interested in her... I won't even go there. LOL!
BUT, there is an 8 year gap between my boyfriend and myself and it hasn't presented any problems for us. His family was very upset by it at first, though. I would say that if the age gap doesn't bother the two of you, what does it matter how others feel? Even her parents... It is good to show them RESPECT, but that doesn't mean that you two shouldn't pursue a relationship because her parents don't like it. She's an adult. They need to start treating her like one. But if you do this, be prepared to deal with a bit of ridicule. That will go away if the relationship lasts and proves them all wrong. Good luck! | |

| | | I'd like to point out that there is a huge double standard here. If an 18 year old guy were to date a 32 year old woman, no one would mind. Probably, in fact, his friends would congratulate him for dating a milf. | |

| | | LOL Steve... if you didn't plan to post, why'd you come in here? Come on! I'm curious as to what people have to say, especially since I'm in a similar age-gap relationship. | | Loveforum Breaktime | | | | Loveforum also recommend - Green tea - Help in weight loss and decrease rate of getting cancer.
