It doesn't really matter. In terms of hygiene I'd probably go for the cut version. However, it feels great to play with an uncut version. I guess they are more sensitive.

Oh. In the confusion, I forgot to mention which I prefer. I haven't encountered both yet but from all the pictures and such that I have seen, I think I prefer a circumcised penis. They are more pleasant to the eye. That's why they are cut. It's all for looks.
